About Us
Built on Experience. Driven by Passion.
Turn-Key General Contracting has been transforming homes and delivering quality construction for over 19 years.
Our Story
From the Ground Up — Literally.
LaShawn Mouling started her career in the construction industry working for a contracting firm, where she learned how to build a house from the foundation up. Over nearly two decades, she developed expertise across every phase of residential construction — framing, mechanical, and finish work.
Sixteen years ago, she turned that passion into Turn-Key General Contracting, Inc. — a company built around the long-term goals and satisfaction of every client. After navigating the market decline of 2006, LaShawn came back stronger, boots on the ground, with a renewed commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Today, Turn-Key GC handles everything from new home construction and full renovations to kitchen remodels, roofing, flooring, and home additions. Every project is managed with the same hands-on attention to detail that has defined the company since day one.
